We’re kicking off the 2019 CFIW season at Tim Ma’s American Son restaurant located in the Eaton Hotel in Washington DC. This historical city is becoming a culinary capital in its own right thanks to its vibrant melting pot of ideas, cultures, cuisines and an ever-growing roster of incredible independent, chef-driven restaurants. Chef Tim Ma is the ultimate ambassador to show off its culinary scene, owning the beloved local favorite Kyirisan as well as his new baby, American Son.
We’re getting together 24 chefs–12 locals and 12 visitors from across the nation including Los Angeles, New Orleans, and New York to cook three PRICELESS dinners over three nights April 4, 5, and 7. Let’s pack the house!
