For our second event of 2018, we are taking Indie Chefs Week down to our favorite Southern city, New Orleans. Thanks to our host chefs Kristen Essig and Michael Stoltzfus of Coquette, we have assembled an amazing roster of local New Orleans chefs to cook with 18 of the best chefs from out of town in North America. We will be cooking over three nights at the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine for a small group of culinary patrons and touring our chefs all over the Big Easy with stops at all of the best food and drink establishments this revered city has to offer.
