Houston, Texas - Part Deux

For this edition of Indie Chefs Week, we took it back to Houston, Texas at chef driven Riel Restaurant by chef Ryan Lachaine. We had 3 nights of sold out, blow out dinners from 24 chefs. Most of the visiting chefs had never been to Texas, let alone Houston, so we made sure to give them a full tour. From fajitas at the Original Ninfa's, to Goat Biryani (and the whole menu) at Himalaya, and finally both Sichuan and Cajun Crawfish at Kitchen 713- it was a hell of a trip!
