Our first trip to Houston and boy was it memorable. From the incredible vibe and energy coursing throughout the group of chefs, the ambience and excitement of the guests, to the unforgettable food- we had a blast. The strongest memory from this particular event is how well it went despite a lot of obstacles. We scheduled this in early January and that week included the Polar Vortex in the northeast portion of the U.S. Our roster happened to have over half the chefs coming into town from airports with flights canceled for days. We still managed to get all of our chefs in town except for one. In fact, it was such a success, we came back 4 months later to do it all over again!
